What information will be needed if I claim?

For a claim to be successful an insurance company will need evidence that you have been diagnosed as having one of the listed critical illnesses. They will require this evidence from a Consultant in a UK hospital whose is a specialist in you particular illness.

You may also be asked to go for a medical examination so that the company’s Chief Medical Officer can be informed of the exact nature of your condition.

You will not be expected to pay for this as the { mortgages } cost of all medicals will be met by the insurance company concerned.
